The Drum App is a Prysmian Group application designed for customers and logistics companies to more easily manage coil information.With the Drum App, customers and logistics companies can:- register the coil information by scanning the QR code of the coil- record the GPS coordinates and time of the reels (with a scanner)- to register useful information about the coil:- amount of cable on the spool (manually entered into the system)- coil condition- physical condition- pictures of the reel- notes on the reel- check the delivery information for the reel- to complain if necessary
